Esthetician
With a start in the beauty industry in 2013 selling prestige beauty brands for on top of the skin, her goal is to not only make her clients feel beautiful on the outside, but also on the inside.
As a knowledge-driven individual, life has given her the opportunity to not only become an esthetician, but also acquire a bachelor’s degree in Business, with an emphasis in entrepreneurship from Fresno State University. In addition, she also holds a Certification in Makeup Artistry from The Makeup Imaginarium.
In the summer of 2013, after realizing her major would be Business with an emphasis in entrepreneurship only a semester into college, she attended The Makeup Imaginarium. She questioned what industry she could strive in and a build a future with her Business degree. That was simple … beauty. It came to her while thinking back to her years as a Folklorico dancer. Her best memories during her time as a dancer, was getting her team ready for a performance and trusting her with their makeup.
A few years later, in 2015, she got a beauty job at Ulta and that’s when the drive and desire for more knowledge in skincare began. Working with women and men’s skin needs multiple days a week increased her desire to learn what else is out there in the industry. For the next three years, makeup was her life even outside ulta. She had multiple magazine publications byXpression magazine, Fashion is Forever, where she even made the cover, Models Ink, and her self-published magazine Art Beauty Culture. Also, volunteering at any fashion show that came her way with Saint Agnes and the fashion club at Fresno State. With all her drive and commitment in 2017 she was approached to be a Sales Specialist with Urban Decay. This was truly a positive turning point that showed her hard work does pay off and there are people in the industry watching her. With only two more semesters left at Fresno State she knew she wanted more from the industry.
With support from beauty industry colleagues and family, following her graduation from Fresno State in May 2018, she began attending the Milan Institute and received her license in February 2019. Now she is ready and committed to her clients every need; specializing in waxing, facial treatments, and makeup application for all of your special occasions, and even your Halloween gore.
She is now looking to the future and growing her clientele at Sheer Bliss Organic Spa.
